Twickenham United Reformed ChurchFirst Cross Road, Twickenham, MiddlesexA member of the United Reformed Church in the United Kingdom. We are in the Southern Synod Join us as we worship God together and find his purpose for our livesWe have been worshipping on our present site since 1835. Until 1972, when most Congregational and Presbyterian churches in England and Wales united to form the United Reformed Church, we were known as Twickenham Congregational Church. We are a thoughtful church of about 50 members with a strong tradition of lay participation in leadership. A number of our members lead worship in other churches from time to time and quite a few more lead worship within our own church. Members of the church study the Bible and share experiences and pray together to learn more about Jesus Christ and where he leads us. For a formal statement of faith, refer to the national URC. GEAR, the Group for Evangelism and Renewal within the United Reformed Church also have a web site. We meet for worship each Sunday at 10.30a.m. and 6.30p.m. You would be very welcome to join us.
