Twickenham United Reformed Church

First Cross Road, Twickenham, Middlesex

A member of the United Reformed Church in the United Kingdom. We are part of the Southern Synod

Join us as we worship God together and find his purpose for our lives

We have been worshipping on our present site since 1835. Until 1972, when most Congregational and Presbyterian churches in England and Wales united to form the United Reformed Church, we were known as Twickenham Congregational Church.

We are a thoughtful church of about 50 members with a strong tradition of lay participation in leadership. A number of our members lead worship in other churches from time to time and quite a few more lead worship within our own church. Members of the church study the Bible and share experiences and pray together to learn more about Jesus Christ and where he leads us. For a formal statement of faith, refer to the national URC. GEAR, the Group for Evangelism and Renewal within the United Reformed Church, also have a web site.

We meet for worship each Sunday at 10.30a.m. and 6.30p.m.
You would be very welcome to join us.

Welcome to our home page. We do hope you will find all the information you are looking for. If not, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to help. Twickenham URC is a small but friendly fellowship ever seeking to discover how to be God's people and how to show his love for others. We believe that God has a purpose for each of us and loves us unconditionally whoever we are. We welcome anyone to join us as we each travel our own journey of faith, knowing that in Jesus we can find forgiveness, hope, healing and new life.

Jenny
